How long has it been since your existing Estate Plan was reviewed?
Would you go five years without seeing your doctor for a physical check-up? Why would you go that long – or longer – without having an estate plan check-up? The laws have changed and your family has grown. Come and get a check-up … with no obligation. Your family deserves it.
An Estate Plan review consists of a single session where we review your entire estate, including existing plan documents, asset ownership and overall financial structure.
We review insurance amounts, ownership and beneficiaries (without the conflict of also trying to sell you insurance); risk and investment suitability; estate and documentation; and tax liability/reduction. Your check-up includes up to two hours attorney review of documentation and written checklist of prioritized “things to do” to get your estate ship-shape, or written assurance that it already is.
This is a comprehensive “check-up” just to make sure things are up to date and your family won’t face nasty surprises, especially if your current documents are more than five years old.
At the Law Office of Robert Weinstein, we serve people who are serious about their assets and families, and who want their work done right the first time. Our meetings are what we say they are – we personally review everything you bring us and deliver specific advice based on your particular needs. If you choose to hire us to implement any part of your plan, we quote a reasonable flat fee that is fair and determined with your consultation – no hourly fees, no hidden charges. You can let me know how old your trust is and if anything in your family has changed. I will get in touch and let you know whether you should have a formal checkup. Rest assured that I’m busy enough that if I don’t think you need a checkup, I will tell you. Please remember, submitting this form does not create an attorney client relationship.
